Job summary

Frontera is seeking an IT & Systems Lead to own Frontera’s internal technology environment across Frontera Health and FronteraCare, including IT infrastructure, devices, core systems, and the broader IT tech stack.

This hands-on builder role will support clinicians, engineers, and executives, delivering reliable today while shaping scalable operating models, onboarding processes, and governance as the company grows through organic and acquisition-driven expansion.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive IT, systems, or technology operations experience.
• Experience owning a broad IT or systems function in a multi-site org.
• Security/compliance focused with HIPAA and SOC 2 familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own IT operations end to end across Frontera Health and FronteraCare.
• Build a scalable IT operating model across corporate teams, clinical teams, distributed employees, and care locations.
• Own device provisioning, endpoint management, identity and access management, software provisioning, networking, and employee technology support.
• Build a high-quality employee technology experience from onboarding through offboarding.
• Establish SLAs, escalation paths, documentation, and self-service processes for scalable IT support.
• Provide thoughtful, high-touch support to executives while building scalable systems.
