Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT systems in a lead or senior-level role.
• Strong experience with Windows Server environments and Microsoft-based application stacks.
• Hands-on experience with .NET, Classic ASP, and SQL Server.
• Experience supporting and configuring mobile devices in a corporate environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across applications, databases, and operating systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day support and enhancement of enterprise systems built on Windows, .NET, and Classic ASP technologies.
• Oversee SQL Server environments, including performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical leadership for system upgrades and application enhancements.
• Support and manage mobile device configuration and security policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutions.
• Ensure system stability and compliance with IT standards.
• Mentor junior staff and serve as an escalation point for complex issues.
