Job summary

Gang Alternative, Inc. is seeking an Information Technology Manager to lead in-house IT and support data management across multiple sites in Miami-Dade County. This role coordinates with external IT contractors and the Data Coordinator to ensure secure data handling and continuous system operation.

The candidate will manage IT infrastructure, protect data, train staff, and oversee hardware assets while aligning IT with program goals and agency requirements. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• AA Degree equivalency with 3+ years IT/data management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Discretion handling sensitive information; team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between GA and external IT vendors/contractors.
• Assist Data Coordinator and manage data in APRICOT/SAMIS.
• Ensure data integrity across CMS and funder databases.
• Provide user training and technical assistance to staff.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory across sites and report monthly.
• Improve IT procedures to boost efficiency and user satisfaction.
