Job summary

Oshkosh Corporation's McNeilus division is seeking an IT intern to support and maintain the company's infrastructure within the Digital Technology team. This role provides hands-on experience assisting end users and collaborating on technology projects that enable efficient business operations.

You will gain exposure to PC hardware, software deployment, networking, and security concepts while partnering with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field for the entire duration of the internship.
Knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 tools.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Provide PC hardware, software, and application support across departments.
Set up, configure, and deploy computers, peripherals, and mobile devices for users.
Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues related to hardware, connectivity, and system performance.
Support IT projects involving network connectivity, virtualization, and network integration.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for installations, maintenance, and warranty services.
Document support processes and contribute to IT improvement initiatives.
