Job summary

Oshkosh Corporation's McNeilus division is seeking an IT intern to support and maintain the company's infrastructure within the Digital Technology team. This role provides hands-on experience assisting end users and collaborating on technology projects that enable efficient business operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide PC hardware, software, and application support across departments.

• Support IT projects involving network connectivity, virtualization, and network integration.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for installations, maintenance, and warranty services.

SUMMARY

Working within the McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing, Inc. Digital Technology team, this internship offers hands‑on experience supporting and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field for the entire duration of the internship.

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, PC hardware, and peripheral devices.
• Familiarity with Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and tools.
• Experience with Microsoft SCCM preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Apple mobile devices and audiovisual systems.
• Dell and/or HP PC Warranty Service Certification a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willing to work up to 40 hours per week during the internship period.

Pay Range:$18.00 - $37.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
