Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of software or system engineering experience.
• Proven experience in design, development, and implementation of systems.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth and reliable operation of systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes.
• Design and deploy new systems and enhancements to existing systems ensuring compatibility and interoperability.
• Conduct research on products and solutions to justify recommendations and to support purchasing efforts; integrate systems into larger systems and/or enterprise systems.
• Ensure system health and availability; create and maintain documentation as it relates to configuration, mapping, processes, and service records.
• Monitor and test system performance; prepare and deliver system performance statistics and reports.
• Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems.
• Gauge the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems; develop and implement strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
• Propose and create system design models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to system programmer and development teams.
• Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems.
• Support the definition of business requirements. Support the cost-benefit and return-on-investment analysis.
• Support the security audit process, system backup definition, and other recovery processes in accordance with the company’s disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.

Requirements
