Job summary

Tempo is building a corporate IT infrastructure focused on identity, device management, endpoint security, and automation. This hands-on engineering role brings software-engineering rigor to IT systems and security in a fast-moving crypto-enabled company.

You will own and optimize identity platforms, security tooling, SIEM coverage, and IaC workflows while helping Tempo scale its security posture for real-world payments and digital assets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in IT engineering roles.
• Hands-on Okta administration with HRIS-as-source-of-truth awareness.
• Production Jamf Pro experience on macOS-first environments.
• Deployment and operation of an EDR platform (SentinelOne or similar).

Responsibilities

• Architect and automate identity lifecycle across HRIS → Okta → SaaS apps.
• Maintain SSO/SCIM integrations across the SaaS stack.
• Own Jamf Pro end to end: PreStage enrollment, configuration profiles, software updates.
• Deploy and tune endpoint security with MDM-driven deployment and alert triage.
• Expand SIEM coverage and write detection/alert rules.
• Build toward infrastructure-as-code management of all IT tooling (Terraform, GitHub Actions).
• Resolve identity, device, and access escalations.
• Drive SOC 2 readiness with unified audit trails across identity, device, and security systems.
