Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years with PEGA Smart BPM.
• 4+ years of PEGA Case Development experience.
• 4+ years as a PEGA Business Architect.
• 4+ years in managing software requirements through the SDLC.
• 4+ years in Agile software development.
• 4+ years in documenting requirements, test cases, and training material.
• 4+ years in leading test execution.
• 4+ years in enterprise deployment of software solutions.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams of developers and SMEs to translate requirements into a functional application.
• Mentor software development teams and review technical deliverables.
• Establish standards, reusable components, and project timelines.
• Plan composition of technical teams and level resources for projects.
• Collaborate with business owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into the app.

Employment Type: Full Time, Mid level. Department: Information Technology.

As an IT Lead System Architect for CGS, you will lead multiple teams consisting of developers, subject matter experts and stakeholders to convert the business requirements, process workflows, and use cases into a fully functional application. You will use an enterprise level vision and be responsible for mentoring and empowering the application development teams. As the PEGA architect you will assist in the development and review of technical deliverables. A successful candidate will have the ability to establish standards, develop repeatable processes, and design reusable components. A key role for this job is to assist in project planning, including development of timelines, composition of technical teams, and leveling of resources.
