Job summary

Chickasaw Nation Industries in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Systems Analyst II responsible for enterprise reporting and endpoint analytics. You will develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, produce executive and technical reports, and monitor endpoint compliance and deployment success to support modernization initiatives.

Collaborate with IT and security teams to analyze telemetry, identify risks, and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology or related field; 3+ years in enterprise reporting or endpoint analytics.
• Experience creating Power BI dashboards and KPI metrics.
• Strong SQL-based reporting and data analysis skills.
• Familiarity with RMF/ATO processes and audit support.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust level access.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise operational dashboards utilizing Power BI, Graph, Log Analytics, Defender XDR, Intune, MECM, and Jamf reporting.
• Produce executive, operational, and technical reports supporting endpoint modernization initiatives.
• Monitor device compliance, encryption status, security posture, deployment success, patch compliance, and endpoint health.
• Analyze endpoint telemetry to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Create KPI dashboards measuring enrollment progress, policy compliance, and performance.
• Support RMF, ATO sustainment, and cybersecurity reporting requirements.
• Develop automated reporting processes using PowerShell, Graph API, SQL, and Power BI.
• Coordinate recurring operational reporting for leadership and program management.
• Identify reporting gaps and recommend new metrics; support governance and briefings.
• Assist engineering teams with data analysis for incident response and platform optimization.

The Systems Analyst II examines and evaluates an organization's existing systems and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Works closely with stakeholders to understand the needs and translate them into technical requirements for new or enhanced systems. This role involves analyzing data, designing system solutions, and collaborating with IT teams to implement and test these solutions, ultimately aiming to optimize business operations and achieve organizational goals. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in technology, or related field of study and a minimum of 3+ years of experience with enterprise reporting or endpoint analytics.PHYSICAL DEMANDSWork is primarily performed in an office environment.
