Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking an IT Systems Functional Analyst I to support the manufacturing and BOM/WIP environments. You will analyze requirements, troubleshoot system issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and train users.

This role emphasizes process documentation, data analysis, and ongoing improvements to optimize supply chain applications and workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Transportation, Manufacturing, Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Master’s Degree in related field preferred.
• Certification/License: NA.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and develop solutions addressing customer needs.
• Troubleshoot daily operational system issues and identify root causes.
• Document requirements, process flows, and create SOP/training materials.
• Plan, track, and deliver tasks on schedule.
• Collaborate with IT, Accounting, Finance, Transportation, and Production teams.
