Job summary

Voleon in New York is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to join the Corp-ITS team. You will manage SaaS platforms, provide tier-2 support, and own the employee technology lifecycle in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

You will implement automation with PowerShell, Python, and Bash, collaborate with Engineering, and help secure our enterprise IT infrastructure while supporting software engineering and quantitative research teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in IT systems administration and user support.
• Strong macOS and Windows endpoint experience.
• Experience with Jamf Pro and Intune.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365/Entra ID administration.
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Knowledge of networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN) and AD/LDAP.
• Familiar with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Experience with collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace).

Responsibilities

• Manage SaaS platforms including user provisioning and license management.
• Provide technical support and escalation for End User Support.
• Own employee technology lifecycle from provisioning to offboarding.
• Maintain IT infrastructure with backups, servers, and networks.
• Administer endpoint management (Jamf Pro, Intune).
• Build automation using scripting to streamline operations.
• Create runbooks and guides; collaborate with Engineering on projects.
