Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of sustainment programs and automated systems.
• Ability to manage CSS automation integration projects.
• Experience with LAN/Client operating systems and network protocols.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Systems Administrator for CSS automated logistics information systems.
• Provide technical guidance for sustainment systems within SASMO.
• Coordinate with DA and NGB on CSS operations and software upgrades.
• Receive and triage trouble tickets, prioritize and resolve issues.
• Ensure security updates and software patches are applied properly.
