Job summary

ELA Container GmbH offers an apprenticeship as an IT specialist for System Integration starting in 2027. You will join a 50‑person IT team and participate in projects handling help desk support, infrastructure management, networks, and security.

The role emphasizes teamwork, hands‑on learning, and exposure to Microsoft 365 and business systems. Applicants should have a secondary school leaving certificate or university entrance qualification, strong math, German and English, and a keen interest

Qualifications

Secondary school leaving certificate or university entrance qualification.
Good performance in mathematics, German and English.
Very good PC skills and interest in new information technologies.
Interest in IT technical and business processes and interrelationships.
Ability to communicate and work in a team.
Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

IT help desk support, infrastructure management, service operations, and IT security.
Set up and maintain computers, laptops, and other IT systems.
Learn about networks and modern IT infrastructures.
Work with Microsoft 365 and other business applications.
Analyze technical problems and collaborate to find solutions.
Support colleagues with IT questions.
Learn about IT security in day‑to‑day operations.
