About the profession

IT specialists for system integration plan and configure IT systems. As a service provider in-house or at the customer’s premises, they set up these systems according to requirements and operate or manage them. This also includes systematically isolating and rectifying malfunctions that occur using modern expert and diagnostic systems. They advise internal and external users on the selection and use of devices and solve application and system problems. They also create system documentation and carry out training for users.
