Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Support Technician (L2–L3) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support for end-user systems, network infrastructure, and business-critical applications. You will handle escalated support requests, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and assist with the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2–3 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripheral equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Windows/Mac OS, Active Directory, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and common enterprise applications (e.g., Office 365, VPNs).
  • Willing to work independently and collaboratively as needed.
  • Manage support tickets and ensure timely resolution with clear documentation in the helpdesk system.
  • Support and maintain hardware/software installations, patching, imaging, and system upgrades.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to assist in the rollout of new systems, tools, and technologies.
  • Maintain asset inventory and ensure systems are compliant with company policies and security standards.
  • Provide remote and on-site support as needed, including user onboarding/offboarding and conference room tech support.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar IT support role (L2–L3 level).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments, networking fundamentals, and ITIL support practices.
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and AV/conference equipment.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and remote support tools.
  • Industry certifications (CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft, Cisco, or equivalent) are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and within a team.
