Your Role

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for carrier-related issues through various communication channels.
  • Assist in the configuration and integration of carrier services with Sangoma's solutions.
  • Monitor network performance and service availability, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of support tickets and enhance service delivery.
  • Document issues and solutions to help improve support processes and knowledge base.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in telecommunications.
  • Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Technical diploma or degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in technical support or telecommunications.
  • Familiarity with voice over IP (VoIP) technology and telephony systems.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
