We’re hiring a detail-oriented IT Support Technician (Tier 1.5) to join our fast-growing MSP team in Frisco, TX. If you’ve worked in a Managed Services environment and want to grow your technical skills while supporting a wide range of businesses, this is the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a first point of contact for client support via phone/email
• Troubleshoot desktop, server, and basic network issues remotely and on-site
• Support VMware ESXi or Hyper-V environments
• Perform proactive maintenance and security checks
• Document resolutions and escalate when needed
• Maintain client satisfaction through professional communication and follow-up

What You Bring:

• 1–3 years of MSP experience
• Strong grasp of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and networking fundamentals
• Experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and firewalls
• Familiarity with ConnectWise or similar PSA/RMM tools
• Mac experience is a plus
• Customer-first mindset, strong communication skills, and a drive to grow
