We’re a boutique Managed and Cloud Services Provider based in Chicago’s West Loop, supporting a range of professional clients across industries. We’re seeking a motivated and dependable IT Support Technician with a strong foundation in IT support and a desire to grow into more advanced technical and project-based responsibilities.

This role is ideal for a technician currently operating at the Tier 1.5 level who’s looking for a collaborative team, direct mentorship from senior leadership, and a clear path to advancement. You’ll start on the help desk, supporting users across Windows, macOS, M365, and basic networking environments, and gradually take on more complex tasks including scripting, backend systems, and client project support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Triage and resolve incoming tickets across multiple client environments
  • Provide remote support for Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, VPN, DNS, DHCP
  • Assist with device imaging, deployment, and maintenance
  • Support and develop RMM automation (N-Able), with guidance from the CTO
  • Maintain documentation using PassPortal, MSP Manager, and related tools
  • Assist on backend and project-related work as part of your growth path

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience working for a MSP
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and basic networking
  • Familiarity with RMM tools such as N-Able, scripting experience a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a client-service mindset
  • Eagerness to grow into project-based and higher-tier technical work
