Job summary

ARCHIMED’s Information Systems Department seeks an IT Support specialist to be the face of IT for the Lyon headquarters. You will handle end-user support, manage tickets, and ensure reliable workplace technology for a multicultural site of 40+ nationalities.

Reporting to the IT Manager, you will deploy and maintain devices, administer Microsoft 365, support onboarding, and contribute to ISD projects across geographies.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bac+2 in IT or related field (e.g. BTS SIO, DUT Informatique).
• 3+ years in IT support (helpdesk/desktop) in multicultural environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune.
• Solid hardware skills: PC/laptop assembly, peripherals, mobile devices.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (iTop) and ITIL principles.

Responsibilities

• Be the first/primary IT contact for Lyon site and provide support for other offices as needed.
• Manage tickets through ITSM tool in line with ITIL best practices.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support across hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Deploy, configure and maintain end-user devices; manage asset inventory and lifecycle.
• Support audiovisual and videoconferencing equipment and IT equipment.
• Administer Microsoft 365 suite: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID.
• Manage user accounts, access rights and licenses.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding for Lyon staff and participate in IT infrastructure projects.

As part of ARCHIMED’s Information Systems Department (ISD), reporting directly to the IT Manager, you will be the primary face of IT for our Lyon headquarters. Serving a multicultural site of more than 40 nationalities, you will deliver high-quality end‑user support, ensure workplace technology reliability, and actively contribute to ISD projects and the department’s broader impact across the firm.

The Team

• An international team (with more than 38 nationalities) with complementary education and experience in investment, medical, scientific, strategic and operational sectors

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first and primary point of contact for all IT requests and incidents on the Lyon site and support when needed for the other offices.
• Manage tickets through the ITSM tool (logging, prioritization, resolution, closure) in line with ITIL best practices.
• Handle Level 1 and Level 2 support across hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Deliver a professional, responsive and client‑oriented experience to a highly international user base.
• Deploy, configure and maintain end‑user devices: laptops, workstations, peripherals, mobile devices.
• Manage the asset inventory and lifecycle of IT equipment.
• Support audiovisual and videoconferencing equipment and all other equipment under IT umbrella.
• Administer and support the Microsoft 365 suite: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID.
• Manage user accounts, access rights and licenses in line with security and governance policies.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for Lyon‑based staff.
• Participate in IT infrastructure and workplace projects (rollouts, migrations, tooling upgrades).
• Contribute to the formalization of IT procedures, user guides and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with the broader ISD team across geographies to support firm‑wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bac+2 in Information Technology or a related field — e.g. BTS SIO, DUT Informatique, Licence Pro Systèmes Réseaux et Sécurité, or equivalent.
• Minimum three years in a similar IT support role (helpdesk, desktop support, or IT technician), ideally in a demanding and multicultural environment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune.
• Solid hardware skills: PC/laptop assembly, diagnosis, peripheral and mobile device management.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g. iTop) and knowledge of ITIL principles.
• Basic networking knowledge: DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi troubleshooting.
• Strong client‑service orientation — you are the face of IT for the business.
• Fluent English required (written and spoken) — essential for daily interaction with international team members.
