Job Description
  • IT infrastructure incident resolution to meet/exceed service levels.
  • Maintaining Desktop and Laptop inventory.
  • Configuration and delivery of new user computers.
  • Purchasing and maintaining segment-specific software inventory.
  • Supporting special assignments and off-site meetings.
  • Replacing out-of-warranty hardware.
  • Completing assigned level 2 and 3 problem tickets.
  • Acting as a local or regional project resource when needed.

  • Desktop and Laptop Hardware break/fix.
  • Microsoft Active Directory Administration.

Work hours: M-F 8-5 PM

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be specific to certain elections, plans, or programs. If eligible, benefits may include:
