Job summary

Biamp Systems LLC is seeking an IT Support Technician I to join our Beaverton-based team. The role focuses on first-line assistance for end users, troubleshooting across Windows and macOS environments, and managing Microsoft 365 applications to keep our desktop and mobile infrastructure running smoothly.

You will work under senior technicians, handling device setup, software deployments, and routine maintenance while documenting solutions and contributing to user training sessions.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of IT support experience.
  • Associate degree in CS/IT or related field preferred.
  • Solid understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
  • CompTIA A+ certification preferred; additional certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-tier technical support via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops and peripherals.
  • Manage account setup, password resets, and access controls.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support with proper documentation.
  • Install software and updates on end-user devices; maintain inventory.

In this role, you will provide first-tier technical support to end users, implement effective troubleshooting, and carry out essential IT tasks.
