Job summary

PC Construction is seeking a motivated IT Support Technician to join our employee-owned team. This office-based role supports end users, manages devices, and expands IT services across regional offices and jobsites.

You will provide primary Help Desk support and travel as needed to regional locations. The position emphasizes hands-on tech support, device provisioning, and collaboration with business partners to align IT with corporate strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience providing end-user IT support and ticket management.
• Familiarity with device provisioning and decommissioning processes.
• Knowledge of MDM tools (e.g., Microsoft Intune) and mobile device management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for common network/printer issues.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage and remove users and devices (Office, Egnyte).
• Manage daily device and software inventory in asset tracking systems.
• Foster relationships to meet corporate business strategies.
• Hardware and software management through Microsoft Intune.
• Provide primary support via the Help Desk.
