Position: IT Support Technician

Join our team of IT professionals providing in-house technical support for over 1,300 associates. This role offers opportunities to work with various equipment and resolve diverse issues, including desktops, laptops, network connectivity, and Windows software. You will also participate in special projects involving research of new technologies and solving complex problems.

Responsibilities:

1. Respond to associate service calls to troubleshoot and resolve reported problems.
2. Build and configure PCs and laptops.
3. Load software and conduct audits for unlicensed software.
4. Run and terminate infrastructure cabling between workstations and communication hosts.
5. Participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent, self-starting attitude.
• A+ Certification (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with PC operations (preferred).
