Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) seeks an IT Support Technician to join the Springfield, IL team. Under supervision, provide frontline customer support, resolving issues and escalating complex problems to Support Engineers and leadership.

The role covers PC desktop/laptop configuration and maintenance, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and application support including Windows operating systems.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associates degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in software, hardware, operating systems, installation procedures, and applications preferred.
