Infinity Group USA LLC in Las Vegas is seeking an IT Support Technician to establish and own the Summerlin office technology. You will provide hands-on desktop support, manage the network, security, and vendor relationships, and build scalable IT processes as the company grows.

You will be the first dedicated on-site IT hire in the U.S., working with senior leadership to shape how systems and support evolve, while supporting a team of about 20 and enabling a productive, secure work environment.

Qualificações

• 1–2+ years' experience in IT support or help desk roles.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration, including Entra ID, Exchange and Intune.
• Experience with Jira ticketing system.
• Fundamentals of networking (LAN/Wi‑Fi, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).
• Cybersecurity basics and a security-first mindset.
• AV setup experience for meetings and events is a plus.
• Event tech support for seminars/workshops is advantageous.
• Base salary: $70,000–$90,000 USD, depending on experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day desktop and end-user support for laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and collaboration tools, in person and remotely.
• Manage and resolve support requests through Jira, prioritizing effectively and keeping users informed from first contact to resolution.
• Administer user accounts, access, and licensing across Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange, Intune) and Rippling.
• Own onboarding/offboarding tech experience including device setup, provisioning, access removal, and asset tracking.
• Maintain Summerlin office network, Wi‑Fi, firewall, and connectivity, coordinating with vendors as needed.
• Uphold cybersecurity practices: device security, patching, MFA, user awareness.
• Manage relationships with IT vendors and internet/telecom partners.
• Support meeting rooms and video conferencing (Zoom) and AV setup for events.
• Maintain documentation, asset registers, and improve systems to reduce recurring issues.

Infinity Group USA LLC currently employs approximately 20 team members, all less than six months into brand-new roles. They are the foundation team, and we are now hiring the first dedicated on-site IT Support Technician to keep them connected, secure, and productive as the business grows.

Based in our Summerlin office and reporting to our Executive Vice President of Operations, you will be the go-to technology resource for Infinity Group USA LLC. You will have meaningful autonomy, direct access to senior leadership, and the opportunity to shape how systems, devices, and support processes work from the ground up.

This role combines hands-on end-user support with ownership of the Summerlin office's network, security, vendors, and infrastructure. You will be the first point of contact for every technology question, while building practical, scalable IT processes for a business that is still taking shape in the United States.

You will be comfortable working independently, and you will understand what being the first on-site IT hire really means. There is no large IT team down the hall and no established playbook for every situation. You will need to prioritize well, communicate clearly with non-technical colleagues, and roll up your sleeves to handle whatever is required.

What You'll Own

• Provide day-to-day desktop and end-user support for laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and collaboration tools, both in person and remotely.
• Manage and resolve support requests through Jira, prioritizing effectively and keeping users informed from first contact to resolution.
• Administer user accounts, access, and licensing across Microsoft 365 (including Entra ID, Exchange, and Intune) and Rippling.
• Own the onboarding and offboarding technology experience, including device setup, account provisioning, access removal, and asset tracking.
• Maintain and monitor the Summerlin office network, Wi-Fi, firewall, and connectivity, coordinating with vendors where needed.
• Apply and uphold cybersecurity best practices, including device security, patching, multi-factor authentication, and user awareness.
• Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and internet and telecommunications partners.
• Support meeting rooms, video conferencing (including Zoom), and audio-visual setup for presentations, team meetings, and events.
• Maintain clear documentation, asset registers, and how-to guides, and continuously improve systems to reduce recurring issues.

What You'll Bring

• 1–2+ years' experience in an IT support, help desk, desktop support, or IT technician role.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, ideally including Entra ID, Exchange, and Intune.
• Experience working within a ticketing system such as Jira.
• A working understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).
• Sound knowledge of cybersecurity basics and a security-first mindset.
• Audio-visual experience, such as setting up and running AV for presentations, conference rooms, or live sessions (advantageous).
• Event support experience, including technology setup for seminars, workshops, or company events (advantageous).
• Base salary: $70,000–$90,000 USD, depending on experience.
