Job Description: Apex Systems has partnered with a major player in the tech industry to find a Factory IT Support Technician in Renton. This is an on-site, contract-based role working on a W2 basis. Interested candidates should apply directly via LinkedIn.

Details:

  • Title: Factory Technical Support
  • Location: Renton, WA
  • Contract Length: Multi-year
  • Shift: 3rd shift - Thurs-Sun, 10 PM - 8:30 AM
  • Pay Rate: Up to $20.40/hr

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting mobile device operations and customer support incidents.
  • Managing assets, including cataloging smartphones and other assets with appropriate tags.
  • Providing training on smartphone use, including in-person, web-based, and classroom settings.
  • First-level support for mobile devices via help desk requests.
  • Installing applications and configuring security settings on smartphones.

Qualifications:

  • Educational background in technology (Associate degree or higher in IT, applicable certifications, military training, or hands-on experience).
  • Experience working with computer hardware or mobile devices is preferred.
  • Customer-facing experience and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, solutions-oriented mindset, and a desire to grow professionally.
