Job summary

G6 Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Tier 1 Support Specialist to join our on-site team in Cincinnati. You will handle day-to-day user support for Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, triage tickets, and assist with Entra ID/Intune tasks.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in help desk roles, solid M365/SharePoint knowledge, and strong communication skills. This is an on-site, full-time position supporting our clients' everyday IT needs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of help desk/desktop support experience.
• Working knowledge of M365 administration, especially SharePoint.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve Tier 1 help desk tickets
• Support SharePoint site administration and troubleshooting
