IT Support Specialist - Hybrid Remote/On-Site

Position Summary:

RELITEK Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our growing team in Grayson, GA. In this hybrid role, you will provide a blend of remote and on-site technical support to our diverse client base, addressing various hardware, software, and networking issues. The ideal candidate will possess excellent troubleshooting abilities, strong communication skills, and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed.

Position Type: Full-time

Compensation Range: $44,000 - $55,000.00

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to helpdesk requests via remote access and on-site visits to resolve client issues promptly and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking problems, including printers, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, email, and firewalls.
• Build and configure new computer systems for clients according to their specific requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, ensuring optimal system performance and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and client interactions using our ticketing system.
• Continually develop technical knowledge and skills, staying current with industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or related field.
• Proven experience with Microsoft client operating systems; familiarity with server operating systems is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of networking, switches, wireless technologies, email systems, and peripheral troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evening and weekend hours as needed.
• Microsoft Certification and a college degree (2 or 4-year).
• Must reside in the Atlanta Metro Area.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $43,000 to $50,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
