Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for technical support inquiries.
• Provide direct, in-person support at our office locations, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end users.
• Document incidents and solutions in the helpdesk system.
• Maintain up-to-date records of IT assets and licenses.
• Provision and deprovision user access based on role changes.
