What you will do:
As an IT Support Specialist you will ensure smooth operations of Electra's IT systems and provide technical assistance to end users. The IT Support Specialist will work closely with IT leadership as well as other internal and external teams to maintain and enhance IT infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and support various technology initiatives within the organization.
