Job summary

ProMach, via its CL&D division, is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Hartland, WI for a hybrid role (three days in the office, two at home). You’ll provide hands-on support across desktops, business apps, network, and manufacturing tech, ensuring reliable operation across office and production environments.

You will troubleshoot hardware/software, manage AD/M365, and assist in projects while coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and business applications.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS devices.
• Support Apple technology including MacBooks, iMacs, iPhones, and iPads.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security groups in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN, email, and printing issues.
• Deploy and maintain hardware and software per company standards.
• Support manufacturing technology such as barcode scanners and shop floor systems.
• Assist with server, network, and infrastructure maintenance.
• Maintain IT documentation and inventory records.
• Support endpoint security, patch management, and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and IT projects.

What you'll do

• Participate in IT projects, system upgrades, and technology implementations
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party support providers when additional assistance is needed

Who you'll work with

You'll support employees throughout CL&D's office and manufacturing environments while working closely with other members of the IT team. You'll also coordinate with outside vendors and third-party support providers when necessary to resolve issues and support technology projects. [Document4 | Word]

What we're looking for

• Experience supporting Windows desktop operating systems
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
• Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP networking

• Experience supporting technology in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with ERP, production, or shop floor systems
• Experience using endpoint management tools such as Intune, N-able, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
• Experience supporting macOS and Apple mobile devices
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft, or Apple certifications
• Associate or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
