710 Labs is looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist who is passionate about technology and excited to join a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be an innovative thinker with a positive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support for the organization’s IT systems and networks, ensuring optimal performance and security, as well as supporting the company’s many departments in Level 1 to Level 2 support requests.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, the ability to work independently, and strong written and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate should also be knowledgeable of IT network security and have experience working with various operating systems and platforms.
Please note that the regulations and laws of The State of California require persons working onsite at a cannabis facility to be at least 21 years of age.
