Role: IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and support network components.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer trouble inquiries.
  • Coordinate with 3rd party carriers and vendors to resolve network trouble.
  • Maintain service order tickets and keep them up to date with accurate and detailed information.
  • Be part of a 24x7x365 support team with on-call duties.
Requirements
  • Understanding of basic networking and VoIP
  • Understanding and expertise of VMware, voice and data networks (POE switches)
  • Understanding of Microsoft Applications
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
Non-Technical Skills
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to going “above and beyond” for customers.
  • Able to work unsupervised, but also willing to seek direction, supervision, and training as needed.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interface with a wide range of customers across many industries.
  • Team player willing to help out in all areas.
Compensation & Work Arrangement

Salary – Negotiated based on skill level. Ability to work remote – Working remote negotiable based on geography and skill level.
