Job summary

The National Pan-Hellenic Council, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver technical assistance across the organization, troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues, and keep daily technology operations running smoothly.

During your first month, you will resolve routine support tickets, learn internal systems, and establish direct lines of communication with staff in need of help; after probation, you will continue to support staff and contribute to technology projects.

Qualifications

• Dedication to 40 hours per week of dedicated support availability.
• Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
• Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills
