Precision Medicine is seeking a hands-on IT Support & Software QA professional in Farmingdale, NY. The role combines keeping workstation hardware and network services running smoothly with testing of internally built software used daily across our pharmacy locations.
You will write and run test cases, perform regression testing, and help ship changes with confidence. A background in healthcare or regulated environments is a plus, and salary ranges reflect senior responsibilities.

This is a dual-function role that combines hands‑on IT support with software quality assurance. Roughly half the week is spent keeping our workstations, printers, and core network services running smoothly across our pharmacy locations. The other half is spent testing the custom software our team relies on day to day — writing and running test cases, catching bugs before they reach production, and helping us ship changes with confidence.
The anticipated salary range is $100,000–$120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
