Job summary

Sumaria Systems is seeking an IT Support Specialist / SharePoint Support for David Grant Medical Center at Travis AFB, CA. The role provides user and system support across healthcare operations, with SharePoint administration and content management responsibilities.

You will troubleshoot hardware/software, assist with access control, and help deploy equipment while maintaining SharePoint resources for communication and knowledge management in a DoD environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting Air Force Medical Information Systems.
• Familiarity with Med-COI and DHA network environments.
• Experience providing desktop/help desk/customer/technical support in an enterprise environment.
• Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, account management, and system access administration.
• Experience supporting SharePoint sites and users.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I and Tier II technical support to end users.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and application issues.
• Create, update, monitor, and close service requests and work orders.
• Support software installations, updates, patches, and system upgrades.
• Assist users with account access and system-related issues.
• Maintain SharePoint sites, pages, libraries, lists, and permissions.
• Provide SharePoint user support and basic training.
