We are seeking a Tier 3 IT Support Professional to join our team! You will collaborate with our team to implement new technologies and resolve IT-related issues for our B2B clients.

Note: You must be located in the general Portland, Oregon region, as some work will be required now and then in our clients' offices.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Prior employment experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
  • Previous demonstrated experience in IT customer service or helpdesk roles.
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong cloud and desktop support background.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and other cloud technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience with networking, Windows servers, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Minimum of five years experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Unwavering ability to follow instructions and adhere to policies and processes.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation.
