Year Up United offers Career Pathways, a one-year or shorter program combining classroom training, internships, and personalized coaching in the Greater Los Angeles area. Interns may be placed with Amazon, Bank of America, Buzzfeed, BEN Group, and other top employers, while earning a weekly stipend during the internship phase.

Eligibility includes being a high school graduate or GED, able to work in the U.S., and available Monday through Friday for the program duration.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED recipient.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available Monday-Friday for the duration of the program.
• Have not obtained a Bachelor's degree.
• May be required to answer additional screening questions when applying.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Career Pathways program including classroom training and internship placement.
• Engage in mentorship and coaching to launch your career.
• Build professional business and communication skills.
• Participate in internships with partner organizations.
