Amazon is seeking an IT Support Engineer I to implement technical solutions and provide high-quality support for computer hardware, operating systems, or enterprise software. You will determine when deviations from SOPs are needed and troubleshoot straightforward issues without defined SOPs.

Responsibilities include networking, systems administration, and supporting IT solutions across multiple buildings; travel within local/region to support customers, with a focus on rapid, reliable service

• 1+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experience
• 2+ years troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment
• 2+ years PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation experience
• 1+ years IT client, server, and network service delivery experience
• 2+ years networking experience (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI, TCP/IP)
• 2+ years of Windows/Mac/Linux OS support in a corporate environment
• 2+ years maintaining a corporate network environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree or IT-related field experience including networking and Cisco

About The Role

As an IT Support Engineer I, you will use your knowledge and specialized skills to implement technical solutions and provide high quality support for computer hardware, operating systems, or enterprise application software. You are able to determine when it is appropriate to deviate from a standard practice to accomplish the desired result. You can troubleshoot and solve straightforward problems that do not have defined SOPs.

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experience

• 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment experience

• 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation experience

• 1+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience

• 2+ years of networking (such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP) experience

• 2+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience

• 2+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment experience

• High school or equivalent diploma

• Bachelor's degree, or experience in one or more IT related fields including networking, Linux administration, Microsoft administration, and/or Cisco network configuration and management

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of computer networking experience

• Experience supporting video conference and teleconference equipment

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
