Position: IT Support Engineer

Department: IT Infrastructure

Education Qualification: Diploma in IT/ Computer / EC

Experience: 3-5 Years of relevant experience

Location: Urgent Openings For Gujarat and Mumbai

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring Antivirus Server and Endpoints against viruses, potential threats, vulnerability & DLP.
  • Basic knowledge of Hardware firewall, VPN Tunnel configuration & Monitoring VPN tunnels.
  • Network Device Configuration to setup the remote site IT Infrastructure.
  • Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting business applications on desktop and Laptop, monitor remote site data back on DC and restore in case required.
  • Vendor Management & Coordination.
  • Biometric device configuration for centralizing attendance of the employees, Troubleshooting of network printers and SMB service for network scanning.
  • Monitoring each remote site Internet connectivity to head office and raising complaint requests if required. Follow-up for payment if unpaid for any reasons.
  • Monitoring IT Call logs and guiding the team to solve in case required any L3 level support. Provide technical support to the end user on-site through remote software tools.
  • Maintain IT Asset inventory on the portal as and when required.
