Job summary

Inforcer Ltd. in Tampa seeks a motivated IT & Systems Engineer to own and improve our IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and performance of systems across the business.

You will configure hardware and software, manage upgrades, troubleshoot complex issues, and support users to deliver a seamless experience. The role emphasizes hands-on ownership and continuous improvement in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or systems engineering within a fast-paced business.
• Strong knowledge of configuring laptops, licenses, and supporting business-critical tools.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues across Windows and macOS.
• Familiarity with IT procurement processes and asset lifecycle management.
• Understanding of basic security principles and ability to deliver user training on IT security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to support users across all levels of the business.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and collaboration tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards of documentation in tools like Atlassian, Obsidian or similar.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with Engineering and other teams to ensure seamless systems integration.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes from a technical perspective.
• Contribute to IT projects and help shape future systems and infrastructure improvements.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable IT & Systems Engineer to join our team in Tampa. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in IT support and systems engineering, who is eager to take ownership of infrastructure and contribute to continuous improvement across our technology landscape. You will work closely with teams across the business to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our IT systems.
