Job summary

ALLSAINTS Retail Limited seeks a Warehouse Service Desk Technician to provide first-line IT support for warehouse hardware and software. You will troubleshoot Zebra/mobile printers and scanners, manage Windows-based devices, and handle basic network issues to keep operations running smoothly.

You will install and maintain warehouse IT gear, document issues, train staff, and collaborate with IT teams to minimize downtime in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a technical support or service desk role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Hands‑on experience with Zebra printers, mobile scanners, and mobile printing devices.
• Familiarity with Windows OS (Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019/2022) and related troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of network protocols including LAN, TCP/IP, and DNS.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve issues independently or elevate when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Zebra printers, mobile printers, and mobile barcode scanners in warehouse operations.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to Windows operating systems and warehouse devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain warehouse IT equipment including mobile devices, scanners, and printers.
• Troubleshoot and elevate issues related to network connectivity, servers, and user access.
• Perform routine maintenance and firmware updates on Zebra printers and handheld devices.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and IT teams to ensure seamless operation of warehouse technology.
• Maintain accurate documentation of issues, solutions, and asset tracking in the service desk ticketing system.
• Train warehouse personnel on basic troubleshooting and correct use of equipment when needed.
• Monitor system performance and assist with proactive maintenance to reduce downtime.

Job description

THE ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Warehouse Service Desk Technician to provide first-line support for IT hardware and software systems used in warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining mobile printers, Zebra printers, mobile scanners, and systems operating on Windows OS. The role also involves basic network troubleshooting (LAN, TCP/IP), server connectivity, and user support to ensure minimal downtime and smooth operational workflows. You are a self starter and open to support warehouse departments with operations such as picking, packing, shipping, and receiving once service desk duties are completed.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in a technical support or service desk role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.

• Familiarity with Windows OS (Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019/2022) and related troubleshooting.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active warehouse environment.
• Google Corporate mail and Google Admin Console

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledgeable with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory control software.
• Knowledgeable with ticketing systems Freshservice.
• Minimum of 1 year of IT experience and help desk experience

This is a full time hourly role available at a rate of: $24.00 - $25.00 USD/Hour.

Our North America region is made up of 71 retail locations across the U.S. and Canada, with our flagship store in New York City. We are primarily based out of our Los Angeles studios, bringing our brand’s iconic aesthetic to West Hollywood, CA.
