Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an IT Support Associate II to support the operations team in resolving technical problems across a facility, spanning multiple disciplines. You will handle IT equipment maintenance, support requests, and training for new hires, while continuously learning new technologies to improve service.

The role involves supporting on-site and remote customers and requires physical stamina for long shifts.

Key job responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Ability to move up to 49lbs as well as stand and walk for 10-12 hours at a time with or without reasonable accommodation

Basic Qualifications

• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service
• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications
