Job summary

Amazon's Operations Tech Solutions (OTS) is seeking an IT Support Associate II to support the operations team across multiple facilities within a defined geographic area. You will help resolve technical issues across various disciplines, ensuring minimal downtime and consistent service to internal customers.

You will troubleshoot IT equipment, handle support requests, and contribute to training new hires while continuously learning new technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux operating systems support or equivalent experience.

About the Role

As an IT Support Associate II, you will use your skills to support the operations team in resolving technical problems within Amazon operations facilities in a defined geographical area that span across a multitude of technical disciplines. Basic Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service
• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications
