Job summary

Amazon Operations is seeking an IT Support Associate II to join our OpsTech IT team in Texas. You will resolve technical problems across Windows, Mac, and Linux systems within an Amazon Operations facility and support local and remote customers.

You will troubleshoot, train new hires, and continuously learn new technologies while moving up to 12-hour shifts. The role emphasizes customer service and teamwork in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux operating systems support experience or equivalent experience.
• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.

• - 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience or equivalent experience- CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications
