Job summary

Amazon IT Support Associate II is needed to assist the operations team across facilities in a defined regional area, solving technical issues and supporting the deployment of new tech. You will troubleshoot IT equipment, assist with requests, and help train new hires to ensure fast, reliable service across multiple buildings.

Role requires lifting up to 49 lbs, standing for long shifts, and local travel. Windows/Mac/Linux experience and certifications like A+/CCNA are preferred, with benefits

As an IT Support Associate II, you will use your skills to support the operations team in resolving technical problems within Amazon operations facilities in a defined geographical area that span across a multitude of technical disciplines. Key job responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems
• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications
