At Quanta Power Solutions, we are driven by a culture of safety, integrity, and disciplined execution — and we're building a team that shares that commitment.

About this Role

  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripheral equipment.
  • Administer and maintain Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Group Policy, and identity management solutions.
  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, wireless, and remote connectivity infrastructure supporting offices, substations, and project sites.
  • Lead the support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of operational technology (OT) systems, including SCADA and industrial control systems utilized in power generation and energy infrastructure projects.
  • Ensure the availability, reliability, security, and performance of business-critical applications, infrastructure, and OT environments.
  • Implement and support cybersecurity initiatives, vulnerability remediation efforts, endpoint protection solutions, and compliance requirements, including NERC CIP standards.
  • Lead system patching, software deployment, operating system upgrades, backup validation, and disaster recovery testing activities.
  • Perform root cause analysis on recurring incidents and implement long-term corrective actions to improve system stability.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, network diagrams, system configurations, and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with engineering, project management, cybersecurity, and field operations teams to support strategic business and project objectives.
  • Participate in infrastructure modernization efforts, cloud technology deployments, and technology lifecycle management initiatives.
  • Manage IT asset inventory, software licensing, vendor relationships, and equipment lifecycle planning.
  • Support and coordinate technology deployments for remote project sites and field offices.
  • Assist with evaluating, recommending, and implementing new technologies and best practices.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance to support staff.
  • Travel to job sites, field offices, and customer locations as required.
