Job summary

Legacy Health Services is seeking an IT Support Analyst I based in Parma, OH—onsite with regular travel throughout Ohio. The role involves providing remote and onsite support to healthcare clients and supporting Windows PCs, Microsoft 365, printers, and mobile devices.

You will troubleshoot, configure and deploy computers and user accounts, document resolutions, assist with deployments and onboarding, and participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT Support or Help Desk experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout Ohio.

CarePoint IT Services is a growing Managed Services Provider specializing in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, hospice, and post-acute healthcare organizations. We are seeking a motivated IT Support Analyst I to provide exceptional technical support to healthcare clients throughout Ohio. This position requires regular travel to healthcare facilities across Ohio for onsite support, project implementations, and technology deployments. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the flexibility to travel extensively as needed to support our clients.

Responsibilities
