Overview

Genesis10 is seeking a detail-oriented and organized IT Support Analyst to join our team in New York. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience providing technical support and troubleshooting across Microsoft 365 applications, hardware, and general IT systems. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working hands-on with technology, and supporting end users in a dynamic, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Troubleshoot and support web browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) across various user environments.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and related hardware.
• Manage and track IT equipment inventory to ensure accuracy and accountability.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all devices and accounts are properly configured.
• Maintain documentation of systems, assets, and support procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
• Support and maintain SharePoint sites (experience preferred but not required).

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT support experience in a corporate or professional environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with SharePoint administration or user support a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on assignments with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work onsite in New York three days per week.
