Job summary

MPLC is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our IT Operations team, supporting colleagues across 40+ countries. You will manage support tickets, user access requests, joiner/mover/leaver processes, asset records, and a variety of administrative tasks that help keep the business running.

You will work closely with the Systems Analyst, following established processes, and develop the knowledge to take on greater responsibility and grow your technical and analytical skills.

Reporting to the VP of IT Operations, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day running of our technology estate, which includes Salesforce, Microsoft 365, finance systems and a range of business applications. You'll manage support tickets, user access requests, joiner, mover and leaver processes, asset records and a variety of administrative tasks that help keep the business running.

You'll work closely with the Systems Analyst, following established processes and learning how our systems fit together. Over time, you'll build the knowledge and confidence to take on greater responsibility and develop your technical and analytical skills.

This is the first step in our Systems Analyst career pathway. It's designed for someone who enjoys solving problems, likes understanding how systems work and wants to grow their career in technology.
